Yesterday morning started off with an apple and almond butter.... Really bored of this lol
Then I had Indian food and was full for the entire day. Totally cheated on my second to last day, definitely loosing motivation. Mainly because I have not lost a single pound. What the heck?! Kyle lost over 12 pounds and I didn't loose one in a month. Maybe it's because I cheated here and there or I need to up my cardio.
Today I had a banana and raspberries for breakfast, leftovers for lunch, and snacked on dried fruit for a snack.
For dinner I made tequila lime tilapia (a seasoning from whole foods!) with a salad. It was a very satisfying last meal for my paleo days.
Since the 30 days is over, I am going to add a few things back into my diet, like yogurt, low fat cheeses,oatmeal, quinoa, brown rice, and sprouted grain bread. I am going to stick with not having processed foods, though. This diet really helped me realize how easy it is to buy premade, or over processed foods.
My meat from the beginning of the month lasted for a full 30 days! I still have one pound of chicken, one pound of ground turkey, and one pound of ground beef!
I really missed yogurt, I already bought my favorite Icelandic Skyr for tomorrow morning!
