On day 24 I had grapes, almonds, and dried mango for breakfast. For lunch I made turkey with leftover bruschetta served in lettuce cups.
For dinner I had a banana and a can of tuna fish. Very creative... I know.
You really have to do the prep for the paleo diet otherwise you end up starving with only raw meat and huge vegetables in your refrigerator.
So definitely take the time to have a prep day and plan it out.
For day 25 I had a banana and dried mango for breakfast.
For lunch I had tuna... Again. Because the tuna I buy is so high quality I just love it!
I also had almonds, apple chips, dried cranberries, and an apple.
For dinner I was craving quodoba chicken... So I had the usual chicken salad with mango salsa.
It's always so delicious and never disappoints.
For dessert I had coconut icecream, but I must say I was daydreaming of Haagen Daaz the entire time I ate it.
