For my 21st day I felt accomplished. I started the day of with almond butter (which I have come to like more than peanut butter) and a sliced banana. I also had a glass of nonsweetened chocolate almond milk. Looking back at this I should have just bought the sweetened one because it wasn't all that great.
For lunch I was craving a burger and fries! So I made it paleo style.
Turkey burger patties wrapped in lettuce with sautéed onions and pickles, served with a side of garlic sweet potato fries!
The fries were so delicious and super easy!
Slice up 4 peeled sweet potatoes in 1/4 inch slices, toss them in olive oil, garlic salt, salt, and pepper and bake at 450 for 20 minutes!
