The past few days have been a whirlwind of school, homework and events!
For breakfast I am set in an easy routine of a beautiful display of fruit!
It's so easy to grab and go, especially on a hectic schedule. For lunch on day 17 I had a salad with chicken sausage and a sliced peach.
For dinner I stopped by raleys and grabbed a rotisserie chicken and sautéed some asparagus to go with it with leftover spaghetti squash. Sometimes your stomach can't wait!
For day 18 I had my usual breakfast and a glass of almond milk to fill me up. For lunch I had 2 chicken sausages, a handful of Fuji apple chips and some almonds, and a peach.
For dinner I was lucky enough to have a wonderful friend invite me to the Rib cookoff! All you can eat ribs, oh boy a paleo's dream!
Needless to say I did not go hungry!
