For day 19 I woke up and had the usually fruit platter and almond milk.
For lunch I snacked on dried mangos, a Godiva chocolate bar (whoops), some almonds and grapes.
And finally for dinner my lovely boyfriend took me out to PF Chang's!
We had honey shrimp, Mongolian beef, as sautéed garlic spinach. Yum!
Afterwards we went bowling and the whole night was fabulous. Even though it is hard to eat out on the paleo diet, it is definitely possible!
Today I was so happy knowing that it is day 20, because although this diet has shown me how reliant I am on processed, easy to grab foods, I miss toast in the morning and ice cream after dinner.
For breakfast today I had a banana with almond butter.
For a mid morning snack I had wild tuna with spicy mustard and dried mango on the side. For a late lunch I went to quodoba and found it very easy to enjoy a paleo friendly salad with fresh mango salsa and chicken.
It was so flavorful and tasty!
Later in the evening while I was working a catered event I had slices of steak, shredded BBQ chicken meat and I may have had a weak moment and had a slice of pound cake (definitely cheating but it was so worth it).
