This weekend involved a lot of cheat meals.... It was a busy weekend and I was hungry.
It started off well on day 26 with an egg over medium with a paleo pancake and honeydew melon.
We had an early dinner which I made in the crockpot: spaghetti squash with meat sauce.
It was really easy to make, spaghetti sauce, seasoning, an pound and a half of ground meat, and a spaghetti squash cut in half. Throw it all in the crockpot for 5 hours on low and you are good to go!
It definitely tasted better than looked. I also bake paleo carrot cake cup cakes that were delicious!

Honestly, I enjoyed having one for breakfast without the frosting and probably would make then again as muffins.
For lunch I had a salad and leftovers.
For dinner I made a veggie stir fry with chicken sausage! So easy and delicious. The prep looked so beautiful!
And I may have had French fries after dinner. Shame on me.
This morning I had two eggs over medium and one of my carrot cupcakes.
Today we snacked on party munches at a friends BBQ and then feasted on ribs, BBQ chicken and beans. Sorta paleo but definitely cheating. I realize how rediculously full I feel when I don't eat paleo. I have much more energy when I stick to the plan.
