This morning I woke up extremely sore from doing the Insanity fitness test.... Rediculously pitiful, I am out of shape! My diet is going well but I need to get back into the habit of exercising even when I have a full schedule.
To start the day off I had an organic pink lady apple and almond butter. Gotta keep it simple sometimes. For lunch I had leftover turkey burger and it was just as delicious as the first time.
For dinner I had to get creative because we had friends over who were vegetarian! So I decided to look to the blog experts. I am a huge fab of the website everyday paleo, so I borrowed her recipe for bruschetta chicken served with zucchini pasta. For my Veggie friend I served brown rice and also steamed up some artichokes!
