Today I woke up and was craving the banana pancakes I made a few days ago. This morning they were not as photo worthy...
But believe me it was still delicious!
For lunch I wasn't to hungry so I made myself a fruit platter with honeydew, cantelope, raspberries,grapefruit, grapes and a handful of almonds!
It was actually pretty filling so around 8pm I had leftovers for dinner and a bowl of coconut icecream (paleo friendly). I also snacked on some applechips right before bed!
I am definitely getting the hang of this way of eating but I am craving a milkshake!
