This morning started off with a great brunch.... Leftover steak and sweet potatoes! If you can't tell already, I love leftovers! Afterwards I sliced up a peach and munched on the Paleo chocolate chip cookies I made yesterday.
For dinner I sautéed 2 onions and 2 cloves of garlic with chicken tenders seasoned with a roasted garlic marinade and reduced the whole thing with about a fourth cup of chicken broth. This was served with sautéed green beans in butter and was absolutely quick, tasty, and perfect for dinner! After dinner I nibbled on dried cranberries and nectarines.
Overall, today didn't even feel like I was dieting. I love having more energy thanks to all the nutrients my body is getting and I have lost 3 pounds in 7 days.
