So here I am a week from finishing my paleo diet and I am still eating pretty much all paleo! I have added back in dairy and a few sweets here and there but I really think my palette has completely changed. The day after we finished the paleo I tried to have a Wendy's frosty and I threw it away because it tasted so terrible. I could actually taste the artificial sweeteners in every bite!
So tonight I made a grass-fed steak stir fry with teriyaki sauce and I added green beans to it. Man oh man is grass fed meat good, but so expensive.

Here is a picture of my post paleo body in a bikini contest I competed in. I wish I had thought to have taken a picture beforehand! Definitely have more work to do, and now to build more muscle and try to fix my addiction to chocolate.
