Breakfast
On Day 2 I woke up starving, so the first thing I did was make myself a delicious paleo breakfast. I cracked two eggs and cooked them over easy on a skillet and accompanied them with fresh basil fine my basil plant. I also added grapefruit, cantaloupe, organic raspberries, mango, and a cup of almond milk to make a delicious and highly satisfying meal.
Lunch
When lunch came around my stomach was growling and in need of a hearty meal. I can definitely feel the difference between meals on this diet, I feel more hungry and an urgency to eat, whereas before I felt the grains kept me full longer.
So for lunch I grabbed a can of the best tuna in the world (seriously it's amazing). I got 5 cans for $15 at Costco a while back and now I am addicted! I must say, It is really hard for me to eat albacore tuna without mayo, so I used about a tablespoon of olive oil mayo and mixed it in with the whole can of wild tuna. Instead of putting it on a sandwich, I used 2 pieces of organic romaine lettuce and sprinkled sea salt and fresh ground pepper on top. In addition I sliced up a fresh peach and added a handful of organic Fuji apple chips. I will definitely be eating this meal again!
