So today I can definitely feel the difference in my energy level! No weight loss so far but it's only the 5th day.
For breakfast I decided to make a peach, strawberry mango smoothie with almond milk. It's the easiest on-the-go breakfast thanks to my favorite organic Costco mix!
Just throw it in the blender and enjoy!
I haven't had time for lunch lately! So today I had an early dinner around 5, and I must say it was the most delicious meal so far!
My boyfriend and I both decided that food tastes much better! It has more flavor for sure. Today we had sirloin marinated in soy sauce, olive oil, fresh garlic,and I broiled it for 17 minutes for 2 pieces. In the side we had steamed broccoli and the most delicious sweet potato that I threw in the microwave (shame on me). After diner I snacked on an Asian pear, dried cranberries, raw almonds, and apple chips.
