The most important part of any diet is to prepare for the week. This enables you to eat healthy even when time is not in your favor. Although this diet is based off of the Paleo Diet, I did add a few things to it that allowed me to make this diet work for me, such as POM pomegranate juice, store bought Almond Milk, and a few seasonings and sauces that were in my refrigerator already.
To start I went to Costco......and loaded up my cart with way too much food. You would have thought I was feeding a family of five, but with fresh produce it is easiest to buy in bulk to save money.

Next I started by cutting one canteloupe, 2 grapefruits, one mango, and separating the meat into individual dinners for freezing.

- 2 containers of organic spinach

- 2 containers of organic raspberries
- Frozen pineapple
- Frozen Organic blueberries
- Frozen Organic Fruit mix (peaches, strawberries, mango)
- Organic Apple chips
- Pluots
- Organic Ground Golden Flax Seed
- French Green Beans
- Mini Peppers
- Organic Ground Beef (albs for $16!)
- Tilapia Filets
- Organic chicken sausage
- Chicken breast filets
- Grapefruit
